The bonafied members of the Alumni Association, Department of Botany, University of Kalyani are requested to go through the notice regarding the election of the Executive Body members of the said Association with the Following schedule:

            1. Total bonafied members of the Association (Life members15 + ordinary members 69)

Total =   84         members

2.     Date, time and place of election of Executive Body members for the Financial Year 2012-2013 will be held on 25.7.12, at 3.00 p.m in the Department of Botany, University of Kalyani.

3.     Nomination papers are available from the office of the association from the undersigned persons (Election Officer/Deputy Election Officer) to the only bonafied members of the association as the names provided in the list by the Secretary of the Association.

Nomination Papers duly filled in will be submitted to the Election   Officer/Deputy Election Officer.

Total number of Executive Body members will be 13 (Thirteen) only. If more than 13 nomination papers are submitted then the election will be held on 25.7.12 at in the Department of Botany, University of Kalyani.

All the life members and ordinary members of the financial year 2011-2012 of the Alumni Association of the Department of Botany are hereby informed that the Annual General Body Meeting of the Association will be held on the 25th of July, 2012 at 1.30 pm in the Department of Botany, University of Kalyani and the following agendas will be discussed:

1) Confirmation of the resolutions of the ...General Body Meeting of the Association (2011-12).

2) Secretarial report.

3) Audited report of the financial year 2011-12.

4) Formation of the Executive Body (Election).

5) Any other matter

   a) Auditor's appointment.

All the members of the Alumni Association of the Department of Botany, University of Kalyani are hereby informed regarding the Election of the Executive Body of the Association for the financial year 2012-13 which will be held on 25^th July 2012 at 1.30 pm in the Department of Botany, University of Kalyani.

On this occasion, the members are requested to collect the nomination paper from the Election Officer/Deputy Election Officer, Dr. Sudha Gupta (Assistant Prof., K.U) and Dr. Neera Sen Sarkar (Assistant Prof., K.U) respectively. The nomination paper will be available from the Office of the Alumni Association, Department of Botany, Kalyani University. The duly filled up nomination paper has to be submitted to the above mentioned persons.  The schedule of the Election procedure has been notified by the Election Officer/Deputy Election Officer.

All are requested to see the notification.
