The bonafied members of the Alumni Association, Department of Botany, University of Kalyani are requested to go through the notice regarding the election of the Executive Body members of the said Association with the Following schedule:
1. Total bonafied members of the Association (Life members15 + ordinary members 69)
Total = 84
members
2. Date, time and place of election of Executive Body members for the Financial Year 2012-2013 will be held on 25.7.12, at 3.00 p.m in the Department of Botany, University of Kalyani.
3. Nomination papers are available from the office of the association from the undersigned persons (Election Officer/Deputy Election Officer) to the only bonafied members of the association as the names provided in the list by the Secretary of the Association.
Nomination Papers duly filled in will be submitted to the Election Officer/Deputy Election Officer.
