Notice for Election by GS

Notice:

Dated 5^th July 2012.

All the members of the Alumni Association of the Department of Botany, University of Kalyani are hereby informed regarding the Election of the Executive Body of the Association for the financial year 2012-13 which will be held on 25^th July 2012 at 1.30 pm in the Department of Botany, University of Kalyani.

On this occasion, the members are requested to collect the nomination paper from the Election Officer/Deputy Election Officer, Dr. Sudha Gupta (Assistant Prof., K.U) and Dr. Neera Sen Sarkar (Assistant Prof., K.U) respectively. The nomination paper will be available from the Office of the Alumni Association, Department of Botany, Kalyani University. The duly filled up nomination paper has to be submitted to the above mentioned persons.  The schedule of the Election procedure has been notified by the Election Officer/Deputy Election Officer.

All are requested to see the notification.
