Notice for Annual General Body meeting

Notice

All the life members and ordinary members of the financial year 2012-2013 of the Alumni Association of the Department of Botany, KU are hereby informed and requested to be present in the Annual General Body Meeting of the Association, which will be held on the 30^th of July, 2013 at 11.30 am in the Department of Botany, University of Kalyani. The agendas of the meeting are as follow:

1)   Confirmation of the resolutions of the 21^st  Annual General Body Meeting of the Association.

2)   Secretarial report.

3)   Audited report of the financial year 2012-13.

4)   Formation of the Executive Body (Election).

5)   Any other matter

           a)    Auditor's appointment.

           b)    Election officers appointment.

           c)     Up gradation of Alumni office

           d)   Plan for the next year. etc
