Seminar and Annual GB meeting of Alumni

All the members of the Alumni Association of the Department of Botany, K.U.  are hereby informed that a seminar and Annual General Body Meeting of the Association will be held on the 07^th of August, 2013 at 11.00 a.m. onwards in the Department of Botany, University of Kalyani.  Dr. Sauren  Das has consented to deliver a talk in the seminar. All are requested to be present in the occasion. 

following agendas will be discussed in the Annual G.B. Meeting:

1)   Confirmation of the resolutions of the 21^st  Annual General Body Meeting of the Association.

2)   Secretarial report.

3)   Audit report of the financial year 2012-13.

4)   Formation of the Executive Body (Election/Selection).

5)   Any other matter

          a)    Auditor's appointment.

          b)    Election officers appointment.

          c)     Up gradation of Alumni office

          d)   Plan for the next year. etc
