The bonafied members of the Alumni
Association, Department of Botany, University of Kalyani are requested to go through
the notice regarding the election of the Executive Body members of the said Association
with the Following schedule:
1.
Total number of bonafied members of the Association (Life members
23+ ordinary members 82) Total=105 members
2. Date, time
and place of election of Executive Body members for the Financial Year 2015-2016: 28.08.2015, at 3:00 at
Department of Botany, University of Kalyani.
3. Nominationpapers are available from the website of the association. Only bonafied members
of the association are eligible to download and fill up the form. Duly filled
up forms can be submitted to the Election Officer/Deputy Election Officer /
General Secretary of the Association.
